DIRECTIONS + SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Our favourite RAW smoothie:
- 2 tablespoons of RAW Slim + Tone protein powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon of RAW Prebiotic Greens
- 200ml of cold, filtered water
- A few cubes of ice
- A handful of frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of Power super foods organic Chia seeds (soaked in water for 10 mins prior)
- 1 tablespoon of Power super foods organic cacao powder
- frozen banana (optional)
Blend it all up and you have a super food meal in a cup that tastes great and will keep you going for hours.
The best way to use Amazonia Raw Pre-biotic Greens
This green powder has a bark way worse than its bite! It looks like it would taste nasty, but it actually has a pleasant vanilla flavour:
- Add it to your healthy smoothie, it might make it a tinge of green but won’t change the taste.
- Have it with a Vitamin C powder with super cold water. Shoot it down and follow it with a shot of cold water.
- Mix it up well.
- Take it daily. Feel the difference. In no time you will be loving your morning green shot!
Mix 5g (heaped teaspoon), or higher dose as required, into 250ml of water or non-dairy milk. For children (12-17), take half the adult serve.
