Your skin is your body’s largest, and fastest growing organ. Adults have around 10kg of skin. Not only is this skin a great protective device for all of your internal organs, it is also an educative reflection of what is going on inside your body.
- ACNE may be a symptom of many imbalances within the body including hormonal imbalances, high levels of toxicity (diet, alcohol, smoking, stress etc) and or high levels of inflammation.
- ECZEMA/DERMATITIS usually relate to inflammation within the body which can be caused or exacerbated by diet, contact with irritants (such as detergents, soaps, sunscreen and moisturisers), stress, lack of quality sleep, alcohol or smoking.
- PSORIASIS is an autoimmune condition. Autoimmune conditions are associated with an immune system that is over reacting and launching unnecessary inflammatory responses against the body. For some people this presents itself through the presence of psoriasis. Most autoimmune conditions flare up due to stressful situations, an inflammatory diet/lifestyle or an infection such as strep throat.

- Burdock root is used traditionally for the relief of mild eczema, psoriasis, acne, boils and minor skin conditions due to its blood cleansing and purifying action.
- Yellow dock is used traditionally for the management and treatment of minor skin disorders due to its purifying action and for the symptomatic relief of mild eczema, mild psoriasis, mild acne and minor skin conditions.
- Yellow dock is also helpful for skin conditions associated with constipation or a sluggish bowel.
- Echinacea is used traditionally for the symptomatic relief of mild eczema and mild psoriasis and when combined with Calendula, assists minor wound healing.
- Echinacea is also traditionally used for the management of minor skin disorders due to its blood cleansing and purifying action.
- Zinc is required for normal skin repair and wound healing, helping to maintain healthy skin. Zinc may assist in minor would healing and the relief of minor skin disorders such as mild acne.

Directions + Warnings
Adults and children over 12 years – Take one tablet, twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
WARNINGS
- Drink plenty of water.
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
- If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
- When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
- If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
