Vitex agnus-castus, or more commonly known as either Chaste Tree or Vitex, has traditionally been used for the relief of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It may help relieve symptoms of PMS associated with progesterone deficiency such as irritability, headache, bloating, breast tenderness, mood swings, anxiety, premenstrual depression and insomnnia.

Directions
Recommended Dosage:
PMS: Take 1-2 tablets once daily, post ovulation.
Acne: Take 2 tablets once daily.
