Tips for an improved milk supply

Feed your baby more often if you can. Offer a breastfeed every 2-3hrs during the day for a few days. Increased breastfeeding should equal increased milk supply.
Relax during feeds. If possible take time away with just you and your baby. Avoid distractions such as your phone. Breathe through the feed, relaxing your body as the baby feeds.
