Ingredients Explained

Citrus sinensis (orange, sweet) oil. The fresh, citrus scent of sweet orange conveys a sense of warmth and joy. It nourishes the soul with feelings of joy. May be used for the relief of stress, nervous tension, mild anxiety and insomnia.
Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil. The fresh floral scent of lavender is harmonising and calming. It promotes compassion and healing.
Anthemis nobilis (chamomile, Roman) oil. The scent of Roman chamomile is harmonising, serene and peaceful. It promotes inner peace.
Boswellia carterii (frankincense) oil. Frankincense essential oil is spiritually uplifting and used in meditation it enhances spiritual wisdom and inspiration.

Directions

Add some Happiness + Calm to your day the best way you see fit:

Add 5-7 drops of Happy + Calm Blend to your oil burner or diffuser to create a beautiful scent throughout your space.
Add 3-5 drops to your favourite jewellery diffuser necklace to take Happiness + Calm with you wherever you go.
Add 3-5 drops to your favourite car diffuser to add some Happiness + Calm to your drive.
Add 5 drops to every 10ml of pure vegetable oil to use as a massage oil.
