How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders placed before 9am will be processed and dispatched the 2 business days. We use Australia Post for all of our orders, we cannot guarantee delivery times, below is an estimate of how long your order may take, however, due to COVID-19 orders may take longer than expected. Please note: peak season times such as Christmas, please add additional days as Australia Post deliveries tend to take longer at these times.

- How much is postage?
On all orders, a flat shipping rate of $10.95 applies. We also offer express postage so that your order can get to you faster, a $15 flat rate applies. Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $150.
- How will I know my order has been dispatched?
Once your order is dispatched we will send you an email confirming this along with a tracking number for your package and a link to Australia Post website so that you can track your package.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, should your product be damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect, we will replace the item. For this to occur, the product must be in the original condition when it was received (eg. Unopened, unused) and we require notification within 7 days of receiving the product.
