The best way to use Amazonia Raw Slim + Tone Protein
We believe that the easiest way to get a full delicious dose of this protein is through a smoothie.
Blend 3 rounded tablespoons (30g) into 200ml of water, almond milk, oat milk, rice milk, natural juice, coconut water or smoothie.
For a great fibre hit add two tablespoons of soaked chia seeds. This meets almost half your daily fibre requirements in one go!
Our favourite RAW SLIM + TONE smoothie:
- 2 tablespoons of RAW Slim + Tone protein powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon of RAW Prebiotic Greens
- 200ml of cold, filtered water
- A few cubes of ice
- A handful of frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of Power super foods organic Chia seeds (soaked in water for 10 mins prior)
- 1 tablespoon of Power super foods organic cacao powder
- Frozen banana (optional)
