A study undertaken at Westmead Hospital suggested that raspberry leaf can help to shorten labour with no identified side effects and that pregnant women who ingested raspberry leaf may be less likely to require a C section, forceps or vacuum birth than women who do not. Raspberry leaf may also help improve blood flow to the uterus and therefore enhance fertility.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains:

Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) leaf 2g
Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
Directions
Adults – Take 2 tablets daily, with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Recommended ways to take Raspberry Leaf:
- If you are pregnant we recommend consulting your medical practitioner before commencement of Raspberry Leaf.
- If you have a history of pre-term labour we do no recommend Raspberry Leaf.
- We recommend commencing Raspberry Leaf no earlier than 36 weeks gestation.
- If you are trying to conceive we recommend taking Raspberry Leaf before you ovulate and cease after ovulation each cycle that you are trying to conceive.
In cycles you are not trying to conceive we recommend it be taken throughout the cycle. - If you are undertaking an IVF transfer we recommend ceasing Raspberry Leaf the day of your transfer.
